What guarantee do I have-as a student- when I take a course with a HRDA Certified Trainer?
The trainers who have been registered HRDA have at their disposal:
1. Relevant experience in training
2. Proved knowledge and skills in training profession
3. Commitment to HRDA code of ethics and standard of conduct 4. A succeeded education of trainers’ level in HRD.
5. Checked areas of expert

Is it possible to take courses at HRDA?
Answer: No, it is not possible to take courses at HRDA. HRDA is an independent organisation. Its objective is to make perceptible and transparent the quality of trainers for anyone who has interest in education and training. HRDA uses procedures of certification to make the quality perceptible.

I have seen different types of registration in the website, what are the differences between these?
The following describes what each web user can and cannot do.
Visitor A visitor to HRDA is anyone who comes to the site and has not registered.
Website Member A website member of HRDA is someone who has joined HRDA and added just his or her name and email address to the database.
Member An academy member of HRDA is someone who has joined HRDA and added their full details to the database.
Trainer A trainer of HRDA is someone who has added their full details to the database as either a Certified Trainer (CT) or Certified Professional Trainer (CPT)

What is HRDA?
The HRD Academy (HRDA) is an independent professional organisation focused on furthering excellence in training and development. It provides defined criteria, standards and procedures for evaluation and optimisation of training and development activities.
The main purpose of the HRD Academy (HRDA) is to make sure that HRD trainers possess the knowledge, skills, professional competence, and ethical standards, required in the practice of training profession

Is a non-registered or non-certified trainer an incompetent trainer?
Answer: No. A non-certified trainer is not per definition an incompetent one. The profession of trainer is a free profession.
On the other hand, trainers who have been certified and registered by HBDA have professional skills at their disposal. Your developments (or that of your employees) are in safe hands.

How do I get in contact with a certified trainer?
Answer: All trainers are listed in the directory of this website. To read the areas of expert of the trainer, point at their name with your mouse.
Some trainers have their own website, where you can find further information. Trainers can be contacted directly via their e-mail address.

I am not yet a trainer, but I wish to take a recognized course in training. What can I do?
Answer: At the page “Courses”, you will find the “Trainers Training course” (Course number 610). You can register in the course and get certified as HRDA certified trainer (CT).

If I am an experienced trainer, can I join HRDA?
Answer: Yes.
